I submitted my application for my wife family visa yesterday to Labour Dept and I check today the status is "application refused" Now I sent SMS to meet the committee and i received reply that "I cannot meet the committee.pls check with passport dept" I recently bought my qtel number last 3days because im using vodafone number.

pls advise

but does it means that it was rejected?since it is showing my application was refused. how to check with immigration if my application was rejected?

You need to take the receipt with you and go to the immigration. This has nothing to do with you service provider.
