In the name of cost cutting, my company is redusing the staff count.
The contract was for 2 years and i worked here for only 1 year. I heard that I cannot work in other company even my sponsor gives me an NOC if i dont complete my contract period.

Is it true..Pls advise!

You can get an NOC at any time...It does not have anything to do with the contract...if you get an NOC, then look for a job...
