Need Advice in Visa problem

Hello,
My name is Jomon John, working as an Engineer for the past 4 years in an Electro Mechanical Company.
I am holding a technician Visa and is expired on 5th October 2014. Upon my request my company tries to renew my Visa to an Engineer's Visa, but its getting rejected 3 times. The company is not telling me the reason why it is rejected.
Kindly provide me with a solution as I am going for vacation on November 28th.
Is it possible to leave the country without renewing my Visa.

yes, I have B-Tech degree and is attested from all the authorized departments, and company is applying with my degree certificate.
Now I came to know that our directors have travel ban due to some cases registered in labour court, this may be the reason of my visa rejection.
1. Do you have a recognized bachelors engineering degree ?
2. Is it attested from all the authorized departments ?
3. Is your company applying with all these documents ?
If any of your answer is No. Then engineer visa is not possible. You may renew your technician visa & proceed on leave.
Hello JJ, You should have a valid visa both for exiting and also for entering into Qatar. The approval of any visa depends primarily on the related educational qualifications and the subsequent attestation of those supporting documents, which is more mandatory for technical visas say it is a 'Technician' or an 'Engineer'. It will be a problem to get an approval for any technical visa and also to renew any technical visa now a days without related qualifications.
first u can't leave to vacation and ur RP expired , secondly, the reason of not able to renew ur RP is due to the weakness of the company's PRO , cos there are 2or 3 reasons that couldn't able to renew ur RP , first check might u finished 5 years in Qatar and might there is any block to the company from the labour office .
