Dear Sir, I am under process of joining a private firm in qatar as civil engineer. To apply visa, the company asked me to attest my certificate from Qatar Embassy in India. In this case, is it mandatory the certificate is to be attested by State HRD? My certificate is attested by Mumbai Notary, Mantralaya, Ministry of External Affairs and waiting for Qatar Embassy attestation. Please advice me whether Qatar will reject my visa application stating the HRD attestation not done? Please reply.
