My daughter is 11 years +. Is there medical test like blood test (harassing) and x-ray for her, to get the family RP? for the age below 12?

it is a blood typing .one of the requirements at the immigration dept for residence visa application ad it can be done at any laboratory clinic here in Qatar.

I have heard there is a blood test for children under 8 years. Please check!!

there is no medical examination kids below 12 years. You just need to take your daughter to Medical commission. Fill the form (a sudanese translator is available at Med Com. canteen) and attach a passport size photograph. Deposit QR 100 and take the paper from the window and get it stamped in two counters for immigration department use.
