Well I'm working in a PVT firm at Doha in the Interview time HR Manager offer me a Good profile while coming here they Given a Different Job Profile and I'm with same company last 45 days, even they made me to work on Fridays & even when I was sick & I was having Medical Certificate but now they asking me for Resignation I ask to my Friend & he advise me not give resignation letter even if they want they can Terminate me, So I didn't given Resignation Letter but I'm in probation Period also Now they Given Termination letter but they are saying that they wont give flight ticket or NOC. I complete my Medical & Finger Print I'm looking for some Good advice Please help me

First I want know whether I can go to any other sponsor for other job in Qatar if not if I will go to Labour Court whether I will get Flight Ticket & salary other benefits
Please Help me
