May I change my company after my 2 years?

In 9 months I finish my 2 year contract with the present company. If I have no wish to continue working with them after this 2 years may I change the company and not get the 2 years ban? I mean ... if I respect my 2 year contract and at the end of the contract I do not wish to continue will I still need NOC to avoid ban for 2 years? Can't I just leave the country and come back in the same day?
NOC is not applicable in my case as I was so politely informed by the HR. :)
Thank you everyone.
Go to the UAE where after 3 years you are legally allowed to change sponsor without an NOC being required. Abu Dhabi is booming, a couple of months away and I don't recognize new roads or buildings anymore. Qatar is now falling 10 years behind the UAE in every passing year. You can go to the UAE even if you are banned in Qatar. Send all these slavedriving sponsors to hell and let them do their work themselves!!! Good luck!
Agreed LP Indeed we are being treated here as slaves.
You need NCO or you need a Good Qatari to talk to your previous company, for NOC.
U must have an NOC to join other company, if you dont have then you have to complete 2 year ban starting from date of departure. Has nothing to do with you finishing your 2 year contract with current company.
Even if you spend 50 years with them, unfortunately you cannot get out from them until and unless you have NOC. In your case, you are already informed that you will not get NOC, then if you want to leave, be ready for 2 years ban.
Depends on your sponsor
Whether u finish ur job in 9 months or in 2 years, NOC is a MUST to change the sponsorship, else the two year ban is applicable.
What a bloody nonsense your HR is saying. Your company sponsors you. They alone can give you NOC. You will need it. Unfortunately it's up to them, because Qatar is a 'Slave Country.'
you need NOC to transfer sponsorship even if you exit the country when your contract will be finished.
you dont need to complete 2 years in a particular company to join another one, but you sure need an NOC to join another company.
