My husband LOST his passport last weekend.
What should we do now that he has to renew his Family Visit Visa without the passport

hmm.. in this case the embassy would be the best people to guide you.

i have seen cases where embassies have given duplicate passports (for lost ones) in 3-4 working days as well.

firstly you should report it to your embassy immediately.

secondly, your husband doesn't need his passport to renew the family visit visa. he needs the passports of the people for whom he has to renew the visa.

he can show his Qatar id / License if asked for.
