Hi everyone,

my friend got his license from his home country a few months ago.His age is 17. Is there anyway that he can get a driving license with his age?

all advices will be appreciated...

Sorry its not possible to take the test without the training since he haven't acquired any license yet...

If he will turn 18 on sept. then he must really seek approval from the Main traffic Department.

May i ask, when is he turning 18? If that is less than a month then he will be allowed. By the time he will finished his training he will be 18 already.

2nd option is to go to the Main Traffic Department (Madinat Khalifa). Some are giving considerations.

If u r enough mature,broad minded u can go for license, but minimum age requairements is 18+ m driving here from my childhood while I was 16yrs.Now m 19 ;)

all young poeple should only get their license at 21, driving in Qatar is quite hectic and you will only just add to horror on the roads sorry...you need hair on your teeth when driving here...mayb some people will come up with a different view. If you value your life rather use a taxi
