Lease agreement attestation
Hello All - I have been trying to get the required documents from my service apartment guys and all they gave me was a proof of occupancy letter, which isn't good enough to get the lease agreement attested. My apartment management claims they don't provide such documents and never have. I am lost to what to do here. Any suggestions/feedbacks are welcomed.
How long is the approval after submission? We applied on baladiya 3 working days ago, til now no response. We don't have electricity and water in our new flat. very difficult situation.

Hi dMohamed - when you mean typing center, what do I need them to type ?
With NOC Just ask them the Building approval and Ownership certificate , Get your electricity and water line number. Go to any typing centre, they will type the form. Go to municipality.
Yep I am aware of all the required docs. My apartment isn't willing to provide all the required documents.
They only provided me with the computer card and a NOC.
Required Documents for Tenancy Contract Registration
1. Tenancy Contract Application form
2. 3 Nos Tenancy Contract with Both parties signed
3. Flat ownership proof
4. Approved Building Plan
5. Your Company's NOC to get a flat on rent
Go to Baladiya office of your area, Get ticket for Real estate tendency contract.
Pay 1 % of yearly rent as fees. (Eg : if the Monthly rent is 5000, 600 qr is fees)
