as per new regulation if i am going to India on a cancel visa....and anytime in next 8month if i wish to cum back can i cum to Doha Again???

FYI, there is no such thing as New Regulation, rules will remain unchanged.

Yes you can come back anytime you wish using business, visit visa etc... BUT you will not able to get any sponsorship from any company till you completed the two years ban.

u can come only if u get NOC from ure previous company otherwise u will have to complet 2 years ban.
