Job Secondment

Hi QLers!!!

would like to know what are the rules for an employee working on secondment.

for example am working on a secondment with a company (exactly 1month) and dont want to continue with them, cause i receive a good offer in other company (way to far from the offer that my employer give me). can they stop me from changing job, what are the powers my new employer has.

also does my sponsor can give me again job secondment for other company.
