Iam on business visa in search of job. I got offer letter from a company. Is it possible to change the business visa to that company visa without exiting qatar with noc?

I dnt think.... We can change visit visa to RP without Exit.... Just need to spend 500 QAR
good....so we can go exit qatar to change new visa? if exit is needed that is good rule......so we can go home.

Prior to the new rules, no its not possible you really need to exit out of Qatar in order to change the business visa to work visa.
