i would like to ask i want to transfer my rp from my dad sponsorship to my husband sponsorship for that i went to immigration office they told me that i have to first change my name in my birth certificate as i was born in qatar. so is it necessary to change my name in my birth certificate just to transfer my rp. whats the exact procedure and what documents r required for rp transfer ?

You cannot change your name on your birth certificate. If you’re married you have a wedding certificate that is what you use to change your passport and you drivers license ect . your birth certificate cannot be changed,.
