Inqueries for Newly acquired permanent visa

Just got my wife and daugther permanent visa (as the PRO says) this afternoon.
Questions:
1.What ticket will i buy for my wife and daughter? one way or return ticket? they will stay here for good.
2.Do we need to submit their visa and passport to qatar embassy - manila for verifiation?
3.Does my wife undergo a medical examination in the philippines?
4.What else do i need to do for my family's travel here
5.Last, i'm quite confuse for family visa / permanent visa/ visit visa.... I submitted my documents to labour and immigration meeting the salary bracket of above 7k riyal salary. it was already approved, what visa do i have? is it permanent visa?

My daughter and I were currently on a family visit visa.. We are also planning to transfer it to Residence permit/family visa by next week. I will have my job probably by 1st week of april.. How much are we going to pay for the RP? And also, the company that i'll be working with agreed to stay under my husband sponsorship. What are the requirements to get a working permit? PM said it all, except the for pearl : you can now buy property anywhere, and pay a lot of money yearly to get your own visa, you would be able to live here, but not work!!
mechanical engr20 : your case is a simple case, don't worry.
1. me the first time I went here to follow my husband he only bought a one way ticket for me, my daughter and my son.
2. we came here last nov. 2007 and in our case we did not submit it to the Qatar embassy in Manila but I heard they are doing it now (not so sure).
3. no need for medical exam as PM said they'll have it here.
4. give them the copy of your OEC for them to pay less travelling tax, bring copy of birth certificates, marriage cert., extra photo passport size. if in case youre wife have a plan to work here have all her documents to be red ribbon for in our embassy here its expensive.
