Info Required for my medical exam

Hi, i am posting here a concern and hope that somebody on this forum must have faced this situation and might be able to answer my question, well i arrived here in Jan-2012 on work visa by my sponsor and appeared for my medical exam at Al-Ahli hospital on 23rd Jan-2012 as most of you know that Al-AHLI hospital has been allowed to conduct the medical exam conducted on behalf of the immigration dept and now after almost 10 days have passed i still dont know about the updated status, the Mandoob(PRO) of my office kept telling me that still it is not visible on some online access which he has and when i called Al-AHLI hospital hotline for this they advised me that no reports are pending with them and that i must check about it from some office located in Abu-Hamoor office room#118????, i dont know why is that so? and i will most probably be visiting the office in this week, does anyone on this forum has an idea as if what is this all about? and when i will be able to get the appointment for fingerprint checks? just FYI thanks God i am medically fit from all aspects(gone through a medical exam in my home country recently before arrival) so hope i am able to put up my concern clearly and i would be grateful if someone can help me out as its really confusing. Thanking you in anticipation.

Thanks Marcus, I truly appreciate your input on my concern so this means as a normal process the results from Al-Ahli hospital are passed on to medical commission, but you did not mention that how did u got the fingerprints appointment and what should be the way forward once you get the procedure done from the medical commission office, do you think that i can also go there alone with my Al-ahli receipt and passport and get it done all myself without my PRO presence? Please answer this in detail if possible for you. God bless you Man.

Best Regards

I had a situation like yours. I came on september 2011 on a new work visa, after 8 months here on a family visa. The medical exam was scheduled on 30 November 2011, which was far to long for me considering my plans to leave on December 20, so I decided to have the medical sooner and the only solution was to cancel the apointment on the Medical Commision and have the tests with Al Ahli Hospital. But that was my decision and I had to pay extra 800 QR to Al Ahli , I handled myself and in 2 days the results were ready and sent to Medical Commision direct from Al Ahli. I went there ( Medical Commision) alone and found the results ,pass all the offices and gone with the form signed in one day.

One thing you should know about PRO ( mandoop) ...they are the slowest on Earth. You can take care of your documents, other wise .....
