indian nationality - 6 months ban

hi:
how is it true that the indian nationality if their RP was canceled , they can back to another sponsor after six months from the date of cancelation without NOC from the previous sponsor ( that is Just For indian)?.

Not six month,it is one year......check and find it out.
how can i trust this all expert 2 years i had if have ministry ling proved ?
There may be some truth in the rumours and acutally there might be no bans at all anymore
its all rumours, no change only 2 years as of now.
