I would like to ask about visit visa for my sister
I would like to bring my sister to qatar.My husband is working here. I too am working as a secretary and have registered my job in the labour department in qatar. I would like to know if my husband can sponsor my sister by visit visa to qatar. How can i bring her to qatar so that she can stay her for atleast 3 months. what are the documents needed for visit visa or what are the other type of visas available for her?
Families of sponsored residents may enter Qatar on a short-term Family Visit Visa. The visa is valid for one month. However, relatives who wish to stay beyond one month may undergo a physical examination within the first 72 hours of arrival to apply for an extension.
The visa can be extended to cover a maximum of six months only (five extendable months for immediate family members and two months for second-degree relatives).
1)a copy of the resident’s ID or passport, along with a copy of the applicant’s passport.
2)Attach a letter from the resident’s employer outlining his/her position and salary.
3)Supply authenticated proof of relation, such as marriage or birth certificates.
4)Submit the application to the Ministry of Interior’s immigration office.
5)Pay appropriate fees. 200QAR per month
