Oryx they will find a way. Just too many here to help each other.

But it is very dangerous. Two of the three Filipina assistant at the Gympanzee Nursery in Villagio that died, unfortunately had come through this kind of visa and hence no official rights as an Filipino Expat Oversees Works, Which meant that the repatriation cost to be borne by the dead person's family in the Philippines rather the Philippines Government.

that the 3 Filipinas who died in the Villagio fire are on business visa/tourist visa.

Thus the Overseas Workers Welfare Association (Philippines) said that the deceased are not eligible for any benefits because of this.

Well if it is illegal it isn't very wise to post it on the internet is it??? the lady is in a sad situation and breaking the law in another country doesn't sound good. Best to just go home and start afresh.

They're living in poor conditions homefront and the income they earn is not enough ... She is working as house maid in Saudi to support her family; however she can work here as a sales lady or clerical works as she has experience and pleasing personality.

She is now experiencing maltreatment and my heart is really breaking.

I think you need to find her a job first and then the company will apply for the necessary work visa.

Surely a 'business visa' is not for job-hunting... isn't that illegal and thus people-trafficking?

What does she do?
