Hi!! Happy Holiday to all Christians and non christians.
I've been here in doha before i resign on my previous company and i got new one, but I'am on business visa, then it will be expired next year, my husband is going to transfer me under his sponsor, what are the document needed aside that we have already the following..
-NOC from his company
-Salary Certificate
-Employment Contract
-School Certificate
-Salary statement (since their company is giving salary on cash basis.
does it need me to provide a NOC from my old company? or the one who give me business visa?
for attestation is maximum 2 days, one day in phil embassy and one day for ministry of foreign affairs. . before you submit check first if you can use statement of account instead of bank statements because once rejected you cant get your documents back. . also confirm if you are doing the correct procedure because in my case i did not apply family visa only sponsorship transfer. .
we just went there yesterday,
1. we fill up the FAMILY VISA APPLICATION (as per the arabic typist)
2. Do i need NOC from the company who give me business visa? but the company management told me that no need for NOC.
3. we have the following document:
a. Marriage certificate copy
b. your passport copy
c. your husband's QID copy
d. your husband's educational certificate copy
e. Salary certificate & NOC from your husband's sponsor.
f. your husband's labor contract attested by ministry of labor.
g. Statement of account as the company is not on salary transfer
h. family accomodation from company.
i. salary is 10,000 QR.
how many days for attestation?
I just transferred my wife's visa last week, below are the steps i did. .
1. First fill up sponsorship transfer form (go to any arabic typist)
2. Attached the following documents.
a. NOC from your sponsor
b. copy of your sponsor's CR and computer no.
c. Marriage certificate copy (attested)
d. your passport copy and visa copy
e. your husband's QID copy
3. Your sponsor and your husband should sign the sponsorship transfer form. After that your sponsor should bring this to Immigration for verification and stamping and then your husband should bring it again to immigration for verification and stamping after that it could be submitted already and attached the following:
a. your husband's educational certificate copy (attested)
b. Salary certificate & NOC from your husband's sponsor.
c. your husband's labor contract attested by ministry of labor.
d. bank statement for 6 months.
e. rental agreement with electricity bill copy.
Note: salary requirement is 10,000 QR.
you will know result after one week.
Get NOC from the company who give you business visa.
