i am resigning my job in qatar few months back i come back my country india
now i have there good opportunity i can come back there employment visa or vist visa ?
now i am in dubai i can come through dubai on arrival visa
my visa status will be sales manager
please let me know

No possibilities to make a visa within 2 years without NOC

As said above, question is not clear. But very simple answer to all these type of questions:

NO NOC NO ENTRY before 2 years. NO NOC AUTOMATIC BAN for 2 years. Hope it is clear
