I am a safety officer in one company here in qatar i want to bring my wife to a husband visa sponsorship but my position in my RP is foreman but my salary is QR 7900 is there any problem with my designation as a foreman to sponsor my wife

No probs, but you will need a 3 or 6 months bank statement to prove it. But it usually depends on the mood of the officer, he may not even ask the bank statement sometimes (happened with my cousin).
