Hi,
I would like to ask or find somebody who can help me on how to get a visa for my sister in law.I have my family living with me here in Doha and we need somebody to look after my children.Age range are 7 & 3.My wife prefered her sister. Can i apply for her a family visa /permanent visa whose under my sponsorship w/c is same as my family?
If ever possible, how much it will cost & months to wait?

Thank you Ma'am (working mom),

I will follow your advise ASAP.by the way. iyon po bang affidavit of support ay para sa baby ko or para sa hipag ko?My kids already have RP (QID)though my youngest visa needs to re-apply or renew coz he stayed more than 6 mos in the phils when he got sick here almost 2 yrs fr now.Papers fr my company is not a prob but 7 mos stay for my hipag is very short. Is there any possibility to get her a permanent visa or any type w/c is little bit longer?

You can apply your sister in law under your name as family visit visa only for 6 mos but can be extended until 7 mos it depends on the mood of the immigration officer . Seek letter from your company stating that you want to apply visa for your sister in law. Go to main immigration along with your passport copy & RP, your wifes RP and her birth certicate and also your marriage contract to prove that your sister in law and your wife are really siblings. Then once you got the visa go to Philippine Embassy and apply for affidavit of support since it is one of the mmigration requirements back home. Hope this will help your query.
