Dear Friend,
I had hand over my Civil ID in SEG office reception to go inside office.But while came back i came to know that reception lady issued my Civil ID to another person who left from office before i came back.I noted Civil IDs numbers(She had only three)and i do not know how to contact them to collect my ID.Please inform me if any body know the procedure.

you cannot find their phone numbers using their id's. you need to go to the police for that.
