Housemaid RP/ visa transfer, how to?

We have a maid of one nationality staying with us for 5months whose RP has been made. Now she wants to go back to her home country. Is it possible that we get another maid of the same or different nationality based on her RP/Visa as she is going for good. Or do we have to go through the entire process again of obtaining visa first for the new maid. Any suggestions and inputs about the correct procedure would be greatly appreciated as we are told by an agent that we have to start the process from the beginning.

Yes, You can use the same Visa after canceling her RP.
