HELP - Visa/RP Cancellelation
Hello QL,
If you have a Work Visa and you canceled it since your contract duration was up (not being terminated!), Can you come back into the country if:
1) You have a new job offer
2) Your previous employer/sponsor issues a NOC/release
There were discussions before on how you couldn't enter again for a duration of "2 years" once they canceled the RP? What are scenarios that supported that? (got terminated, resigned?)
I think otherwise. I have seen people from various nationalities, come back to another project via another sponsor. And they'd usually say "since i got an NOC from the previous sponsor, no problemo"
Can anyone provide some concrete guidelines?
If your previous sponor giving you NOC, you can comeback any time for another work visa.
