I managed to get a job offer and a visa at the last weeks of my visit visa period.for some personal reasons I need to go back to my country urgent and no time to transfer visa, so I didn't transfer my visa from visit to work.

I need to exit with my visit visa and come back again with
new visa. Can I have any issues for exit and entry. in this case any additional papers that I need ?.
my visit visa sponsored by my wife.

First of all you will need an exit permit signed by your sponsor to leave (your wife). Go to immigration for this

You should not have any issues with entry but always best to check at immigration as procedures change frequently
