Help for housemaid----------------------immigration section

Me and wife both are working in hamad we have submitted our all nesseary papers to immigration department for an housemaid-----but they refuse me once,than again i saw my paper to them and than they told me to go committe which is on building (4) 1 floor but they didnt allow me talk,only they take photocopy of my recept and tell me to check after 2 days this is second time they are doing---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------what i wana ask is it possible that i can talk to committe people--------- or not ------------------------------------
if anyone have face same problem
