Help - Family Visa (THE APPLICATION IS DEFERRED)

I applied my family visa after 3 days i got the message from online saying THE APPLICATION IS DEFERRED and REFER TO APPLICATION SUBMISSION OFFICE when i go there the counter staff request me to re submit the Degree Certificate.

My profession on the ID 'Supervisor' and i don't have Degree Certificate only i have the secondary school certificate this one i already attest by Foreign Ministry and Qatar Embassy. also i did the Stamp here in Doha MOFA i got the Visit Visa for my wife based on this.

please comment me your suggestion. will i get RP for my wife or no?

supervisor category is not eligible for family visa..
