if it says you're entitled to x days for every x years of employment...then that's your answer.
as far as i knw tht if u have completed one year then u are eligible to recv vacation salary and gratuity for the months u have completed.

Check your contract,as far company registration expiring,check thoroughly whether they are closing the company or going to renew.
