One of my staff members is having problem with his fingers because his hand got burnt 10 years back. ths hand is ok but the finger prints are not coming out properly in the immigration finger printing.Tried several times and also tried the manual finger printing with ink twice but no good. what will happen to his visa and rp what is the next step to do or to skip the finger printing. kindly advise.

I knew one before but I forgot what is that for him

As per memory He can get working VISA to live and work here but he will not get ID due to the finger print problem and he need manual exit permit when he needs to go out from Qatar

You can check with Immigration Officer as well
