I did family visit visa extension for my wife using metrash2. But its not showing my son visa details in metrash2 for visa extension.

Can anyone help me out in this.

Dear j_helms05,

The same problem is happened to me also. Can you explain which department / counter that I have to go for correcting the same in medical commission?

I went for medical test in Medical Commission - Abu Hamour.

same thing happened to me before... I went to medical commission, brought the medical certificate of my child and told them it was not showing in metrash... they scan/encoded the certificate... then it's ok.... Before you can renew the visa, the medical commission needs to send the medical certificate in the system first... And sometimes they overlook some applications because maybe there is too much... So maybe the same thing happend with you...
