Hi! I need help...

I got a 6 months family visit visa for my husband & able to extend it for a month more & he'll be leaving by next week. Now, his ban will be finished on September since the employer did not give him NOC.

Can he come under business visa if a company will hire him and/or i can apply again for another visit visa as soon as he leaves the country?
