Hi all! I want to apply for family visit visa for my sister, wherein the sponsor is my husband. Immigration refused to accept our application because we dont have tenancy agreement with stamped from Baladiya. Please share your experience if you had encountered like this. Thanks

KHAN.

Tenancy Contract not required. You need to submit a copy of the passport page containing the RP.

You can speak to Immigration officer and ask for the approval if he sign then counter will accept it even without the tenancy contract. Choose the officer who had 3 star in their clothes they have a good heart he can help you.. Based only on my experience. Thank you!
