Hi,

MY family visa is rejected from labour department, i am an engineer and my salary is around 15000, my company letter is also stating that i am an engineer and my salary also.

my bank statement of 6 monmths, shows my last 2 salary transfers also. as i was transfered to my present job 2 months before.

i got my visa status upgraded last month in same company to engineer.

wonder why they rejected it.

i am planning to go for Lagna on sunday and ask for appointment.

kindly guide what they will ask and how can i satisfy them to allow me for family Visa.

Thnaks.

MY dear friend which nationality you are? As if you are having a salary of 15000qrs , idont find any difficulty for getting the family visa. my friend who was having a salary of 10000 got the family visa approved in 1week. really iam surprised abt yours. check with your company pro to check why it got rejected? try for lagna , you will defenitly get there, all the best my friend. cheers.
