For Family visa - please help me for preparing document

I am staying with my wife & my son (15 month old baby) in Qatar with visit visa (I am in company work visa)
1. My Salary 9450 QR it is getting bank from lost four month
2. My Salary will deduct for lone in same bank every month 3888 QR
3.I have NOC from my company ,salary letter, housing provide by company latter ,tendency contract from my company , all attested document like marriage ,birth, educational certificate (during my Visit visa time I have done this)
4. My company is non government organization it place in Qatar last 2 year ago
My Question
1. bank loan payment there is any restriction for new family visa – still I am not got my bank statement if you have any suggestion tell me I will apply the same
2. My contract letter will mentions that 4500 basic+2500 accomodation+750 transportation +2000 other allowance – (but my company supporting me to give accommodation letter only ) guide
3. Please tell me any other additional document for preparing

Salary requirement is 7,500 QRS + Accommodation provided by Company

Net Pay of minimum 10,000 QRS

If iam not mistaken...Your contract must show Basic Salary as QAR 10,000/- inorder to have pernament Family visa processed. Apart from that...Bank Statement of 6 months showing Salary credit for QAR 10,000/- Rest all fine Best of Luck
