family visa meeting how many chances

dear i went for family visa meeting n they did not accept my visa application though my salary is above 7 k my question is can i apply for second meeting n in total how many times i can go for a meeting as for reapplying the limitation is 6 months the time starts from the first application made or the last meeting attended b how to apply for a second time meeting if its possible. thanks n regards
