I HAVE GOT A DECENT JOB IN QATAR WHILE I AM A WORKING AND IS A RESIDENT IN ANOTGHER GCC COUNTRY. AS PER THE PROCEDURE I HAVE TO GET TO DOHA FIRST AND GET THE WORK PERMIT AND THEREAFTER CAN SPONSOR MY FAMILY.

IS THERE ANY WAY THAT I CAN GET THEM TO DOHA TOGETHER ALONG WITH MYSELF WHEN I COME THERE ON A WORK VISA FOR THE FIRST TIME.

Better to ask ur Employer he is the only one to manage it. It is possible if he agree, and based on ur Position.

depends on your wife's nationality, she might be able to obtain a visa on arrival at the airport, then to extend it, while your RP is processing. Other than that it's hard to get here same time with you.
