The 3 months visit visa is a Business one it is different in tourist.
as far as i know and based to some friends that also a holder of tourist visa it can't be extended.
Better to exit and get a new visa but make it sure you will get a business visit visa.

WHAT WE HAVE IS A 30 DAYS TOURIST VISA...SO DOES IT MEAN

In my knowledge, no way to extend tourist visa after 3 months.
