Expired visa and having pending case. Please help me clear out my friend's disturbed mind.

I have a friend who was been caught while working with different company (the company she worked with had promised to transfer her visa since she presented a NOC to them). She was jailed for 3 days after her sponsor gave a "promisory note" to pay the arrears to the immigration department. Her visa was expired last 7 May 2009 and the 90-days grace period will now expires on August 5, 2009 and the pending case is still not yet finished. What she will face after the 90-days extension of her visa expires?...Can anybody help her since she doesnt know what the future lies for her living now in Qatar for more than 2 months without any income and money to pay for her food and housing?

If she has been catched by the CID ....they will send her back to home i guess...
