One of my friend has recently changed job. He is now working on a 1 year fixed contract. The transfer to the new sponsor is in process and he has got the CEID report. But recently he has got another offer outside Qatar. He wants to know if he gives the CEID report to the PRO and the transfer is approved by immigration BUT the guy decides not to continue with his present company. Can he approach his current sponsor (previous company) to give him exit?
