Dear friends, I have been working here last 4 months. I have completed my probation period before one month. My company sponsored me from my country. Now I want to resign from the job and need to go my country because i GOT Goverment Job in my country. So what can I do? If the company not give me the exit permit what can I do? Please help me ? May the comapany ask me the RP COST. So how much is the cost of RP? Is it possible to get Exit?

what does your contract state? Normally you will have to work a months notice period before leaving.
