Hi Guys,

hope there is an immigration expert who can help me.

I have currently applied for my CID clearance here as i am changing my sponsor. The result is going to be out this week.

I have to visit India for a week for a personal visit (planning to leave tomorrow and my current sponsor has already done the exit permit).

Does anyone know if this would be a problem (my new sponsor says its fine but the current sponsor says i might be in a problem if i exit)? The sponsorship change procedure will only start after the CID clearance is done.

can someone help me please.

hi.............

as far as i know immigration or police dept will not process anything if you are out of the country......if its not very urgent i think you should stay and get the clearance then you can travel....

There is no problem you can exit the country and comeback will not be any issue out there.
