exit permit for FS and HS
My daughter is planning for a Singapore trip this coming Eid and I heard that husband- and father-sponsored individuals needs to get exit permit to leave Qatar.
Those who have gone to such procedure, can you enumerate please the procedure? Before it was not a requirement.

you can get the form from moi website, fill that and your daughter and husband will go to immigration dept. either in airport or the one in gharafa and stamp it from there
my friend's children were a boy and a girl above 18.

It's not applicable to female members of the family, but if your son over 18 is travelling, then you have to arrange exit permit for him and it's an easy procedure.

still if you want to be on safe side no harm as it cost just Qr.10 just get her an exit permit issued if they ask she can show them or else just fly

my friend's younger brother went thru same process before ramadan.. there father use to go with them to airport, not just to see off.. but also for the exit permit. your daughter will get the exit permit in airport, when her sponser(father) will be with her.
three times already and my daughter, twice but THEN, no exit permit were asked.And then that incident about my friend's children about two months ago! (BTW, they were all above 18 years old).
if they have resident permit, they have to take exit permit. its not a wrongsponser will go with them to airport for the exit permit. and can get the exit permit from airport immigration dept.
children of a good friend were stopped at the airport because they have no exit permit. So they rushed to teh immigration office at the airport and get the exit permit (according to my daughter who were with them that time to say goodbye).But she is not sure about the procedure. Now the father of the friends who will travel with my daughter will go tonight or tomorrow to get the exit permit for his children, I am just asking if anyone (for the last two months) have someone under their sponsorship who left he country without an exit permit?
yup they will need the exit permit.. you can make it in the airport.
