Hi All, I am new in Qatar working for a company here, this week they informed me that I will be send back to my home country as they no longer needs my service. I am still in my probation period, but until now I have not been called in or anything regarding my work. I am very upset naturally but still awaits final word from my manager. I have received the RP and passport back and they collected this week again.

I need some advise, will I be blocked as I might have other opportunities in Doha and will I receive a NOC or should I ask and demand one as I have not broken any company rules not any of the State of Qatar>

Please help!!!!

better speak with your manager, maybe they could give you some time to find another job.

If not, sorry kid...NOC is still the employers' prerogative.
