Entry and Exit with Work Visa

Hi Friends,

I have received a WORK VISA of SINGLE Entry, valid till Feb 26 2016, but the visa tenure is of 2 years, I have not yet entered QATAR or worked for the company, now I am no longer interested in working for the company, as I have a better offer from a different company. I have requested for the FIRST company to CANCEL my visa so as to allow other employer to apply for WORK VISA, but they are not entertaining my request. The SECOND company are not willing to wait till FEBRUARY till the VISA expired.

I am now considering to travel to Qatar with the WORK VISA the FIRST company had issued and come back within a day, so that the VISA is no longer valid ( the visa states SINGLE ENTRY ONLY). This way I am hoping SECOND company can apply work visa without any hitch.

Now my worry is, do i require a EXIT permit if I enter with WORK VISA ? Will there be any other consequences? Will there by queries asked during EXIT if I go back early?

Any other suggestions would be really appreciated.
