Employee Exit Visa when Company Registration Expired

My wife is under company sponsorship. She requested exit visa and they cannot provide using the online service. They are going Sunday to manually apply.

What are the chances? Does anybody really know?

I am asking because my father is dying and I want her to travel with me there. I delayed the tickets until I can find out.

She did not get an exit permit. Blaming on the PRO, saying he cannot get one when he went to apply. This is the sad part about this country. No respect for humans

the company PRO can do it on sunday by paying QR 200. no worries its a common thing.

Her company Reg is expired is the reason they cannot do it online. Is it allowed at all? She is only a teacher at a daycare.
