Duplicate Original Certificates..............how to?

Ok here is the question. Is there any authorized company in Dohe who can duplicate(or photocopy that can be used as original) my degree certificates or offical papers so i can use them as original elsewhere for educational or visa purposes. I need the location, address and how much they charge if possible.

All my certificates are from USA. I had to do attestation from US Embassy in Qatar first before doing another attestation from my country Embassy. I believe there is no otherway around. I am sure you can use the copies but you will need to attest from Qatar Foreign affairs.

Hi! Can someone advise me on this please: I have my degree certificates attested by the Qatar Embassy in Malaysia, and will be bringing these copies to Qatar next month Do I need to bring my original certificates to Qatar too? Thanks
