Does Exit permit need - while NOC is Available

Just to clarify and wrap the things with right answer for those who read in future..

He need Exit Permit.... The penalty to be paid by the sponsor (The company issued the visa) though his visa is not permanent.

in this case NOC is already provided by Sponsor.

So the employee has to pay the penalty through the same sponsor and get the exit permit.

1. working visa is not permanent visa

2. you said he is not in company sponsor

3. Now since he is not in permanent visa and if he want to exit why does he need exit permit...if he is under permanent visa he requires it.

And the beauty is that you can say anything you like, even if it is total rubbish.

Without exit permit he can not exit the country. I think still he is under the first sponsor who gave him visa. In this case, he can not pay penalty directly. His sponsor should pay and must give him exit permit.

First he need to meet his sponsor. Then he will advice how the process will work.

As i mentioned... his visa is expired.... in this case also... does he need Exit permit??

Yes He have to Pay Daily 10 Riyal Penalty and Also Get Exit permit from current Sponsor to leave country . and if he didn't made the RP then he will loss that visa he need to get new visa to come again in Qatar
