i have contract for 1 yr and it is already lapsed for almost 2 weeks.i have the original copy of my contract which is also submitted to the ministry of labor.my question is, do i still need an NOC even if i have finished my contract? my company doesnt want to give me NOC.is it possible to go back here? even gratuity pay, they are not willing to give me that.
